How the Chain Works
A UK Solicitor or Notary Public certifies the original document, the FCDO Legalisation Office in Milton Keynes applies the Apostille, the UAE Embassy in London attests the FCDO stamp, and MOFA Dubai finalises acceptance in the UAE.
Why It Matters
UAE employment visas, DHA / DoH / KHDA licensing, university admission, family sponsorship and company set-up all require attested UK documents. The FCDO Apostille alone is rarely accepted — the Embassy and MOFA stamps are what unlocks UAE government portals.
