What Is Degree Certificate Attestation?
Degree attestation is the legalisation chain that makes a foreign university degree valid in the UAE. It starts with the issuing university, then goes through the home-country Ministry of Education or HRD, the home-country MOFA, the UAE Embassy in that country, and finally the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai — the mandatory sequence before MOHRE, MOE or regulators accept it.
