What is MOFA attestation?
MOFA attestation — officially MOFAIC attestation — is the last step in the UAE document legalisation chain. After your certificate has been verified by the issuing country's authorities and stamped by the UAE Embassy in that country, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation applies its own stamp to confirm the embassy seal is genuine. Without the MOFA stamp, no UAE government department, employer, university, bank or court will accept a foreign document. We submit your paperwork directly to MOFAIC counters in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, track every reference number, and return the stamped original to you the same day in most cases.
