The Canadian Consulate is located on the 19th floor of Jumeirah Emirates Towers (Business Tower), Sheikh Zayed Road, serving Canadian citizens across Dubai and the northern emirates. The consulate's general working hours are 8am to noon and 1pm to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday, with passport and notarial services specifically available 8am to 11am, Sunday to Thursday — a narrower window worth knowing before you plan a visit.
