What Is China Attestation?
China attestation legalises documents issued in China so UAE ministries, employers, universities and courts accept them. China joined the Hague Convention in November 2023, but UAE ministries typically still request UAE Embassy Beijing + MOFA Dubai stamps.

A local Notary Public certifies the document, China Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA / CPAA) authenticates it, the UAE Embassy in Beijing legalises it and MOFA Dubai applies the final UAE stamp.
Why It Matters
